SVHCS provides a variety of home care services, including but not limited to:

• Physiotherapy: In-home physiotherapy sessions by trained and certified professionals.
• Nursing Care: Home nursing services for patients requiring medical assistance.
• Caregiving: Trained caregivers for the elderly, post-surgery patients, and those in need of daily assistance.

Service Availability

Services are available in Bangalore. Service availability is subject to staff schedules and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule services as necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical and personal information to ensure proper care.
• A safe and healthy environment must be maintained in the home for our staff.
• All equipment or materials provided for physiotherapy or nursing care should be kept in good condition.
• Any changes in health conditions should be reported immediately to ensure appropriate care.

4. Payment and Fees

• Payment for services must be made in full, either in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
• Clients will receive an invoice detailing the services provided. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other method mentioned in the invoice.
• Cancellation of services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• Any unpaid dues beyond 30 days will attract a late fee, and services may be suspended until the dues are cleared.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation charges.
• Refunds are subject to review and will only be provided if services are canceled before the service is delivered or if SVHCS is unable to fulfill the service.
• In the event of dissatisfaction with the service provided, SVHCS will work to resolve the issue, but refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the management.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• SVHCS and its staff strive to provide the highest level of care. However, SVHCS is not responsible for any complications arising due to incomplete or inaccurate medical information provided by the client.
• Our staff is trained and certified, but SVHCS cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes or recovery timelines.
• SVHCS is not liable for any damage to personal property during the provision of services.

7. Privacy Policy

SVHCS is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal and medical information only for the purpose of providing care and maintaining records. We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
• SVHCS reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the safety of our staff is compromised or if any terms of this agreement are violated by the client.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

SVHCS reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
